The Inland Empire Gardeners

Cracked Pots, TIEG’s container gardening group, held its first event of the year last Saturday. A group of about 25 met at the South Hill Public Library for two wonderful presentations and a demonstration. Thanks to Master Gardener Steve Nokes for his amazing seed-starting presentation and to Lee McLeron for her fascinating talk on the art of Japanese flower arranging, Ikebana.

In addition to the talks, there was a demonstration on how to make seedling pots out of a sheet of newspaper!
