This is President Vinca Vi and the purpose of this blog is to keep you the reader up on the going-on’s with The Inland Empire Gardeners (TIEG). I intend to write about TIEG events and other horticulture pursuits.
Spent the weekend getting ready for our Spokane in Bloom garden tour on Jun 19, 2010. Tour ticket is done and we’re going to get them to the local nurseries for folks that would like to buy them ahead of time.
Our June 2010 meeting is coming up this Thursday, Jun 3 and it’s time for our annual summer potluck. Need to start working on the July 2010 newsletter since the July meeting will be early this year–Thursday, Jul 1. No rest for the weary!
